The core activity of our company is investment in the development of residential and commercial real estate in the Federal Republic of Germany. We specialize in projects related to construction, reconstruction, and modernization, with a special focus on the multi-apartment residential segment.

The German real estate market is one of the most stable and liquid in Europe, with predictable price dynamics and high demand for housing. According to Eurostat data, Germany is one of the few European Union countries with a sustained population increase, which promotes stable market development among both private and institutional investors.

Our strategy is based on the acquisition and full reconstruction of outdated and unused real estate, as well as the construction of new residential complexes in previously undeveloped areas. As land prices in large cities are high, we focus on promising locations in small towns and suburbs, where the public transport system ensures convenient accessibility and attractive conditions for residents with average incomes.

In recent years, projects have been implemented within our company in Berlin, Leipzig, Halle, Binz, Putbus, Göhren, Würzburg, and other cities. During more than 13 years of operation, we have successfully completed projects worth several hundred million euros, proving the sustainability and efficiency of our business model.

Our goal is to create an investment portfolio consisting of at least five independent projects, thus diversifying risks and ensuring stable development. Projects are financed both with own capital and through bond issues, as well as by attracting bank loans in later project stages.

We have an extensive network of sales partners, which allows us to effectively realize real estate in both investor and end-user markets. If the sales process is delayed, apartments are rented out, ensuring stable cash flow and timely fulfillment of obligations.

Our approach is based on sustainability, quality, and creative solutions, and to optimize costs, we cooperate in construction works both with German companies and with reliable partners from other European Union countries, including the Baltic region.
