Investment Process

1. Bond Purchase

Investors purchase bonds (securities) from the issuer SIA Stone Capital. A bond is a claim security that gives its holder the right to a fixed interest rate and repayment of the invested capital. The bondholder does not participate in the distribution of the company's profit.

2. Investments in Real Estate and/or Land Plots

SIA Stone Capital receives offers for various real estate projects in Germany. Before each investment, a thorough structural and profitability analysis of the project is carried out. If the project meets the investment criteria, the necessary capital is invested in the respective project company against collateral.

3. Real Estate Project Development

Depending on the specifics of the project, our development partners implement certain structural measures according to the planned schedule. After the renovation or development works are completed, depending on the project, the property is sold in whole or in part.

4. Return of Capital

The income and profit gained from the sale of the property is redirected back to the issuer
